Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delays and Exceptions

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
